Front desk was very customer service oriented.

The mini-fridge in the room and mini-mart in the lobby.
Parking was nearly non-existent when I checked-in.
I had a great experience at the hotel The staff was excellent and my stay was very comfortable. This is a hotel for business travelers but the pool is a nice touch. Location wise it is next to I-91 and you can't beat that but the area itself is a 4 out of 5 with 5 being the best. I would stay there again. ...read more

We stayed there before and it was just as nice as it was the first time.
It was noisy at night. Wedding party was there and toddler was screaming outside our door at 12:30 a.m.
The hotel is located conveniently off an exit of a major highway. There are stores and restaurants within walking distance. The staff is friendly and the hotel is clean. We enjoyed the indoor pool.
